Hayley Rutter

Hayley graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, and is a level 1 Bradcliff Breathing Method, and dry needling certified practitioner. Hayley is a driven, empathetic professional with a strong passion for holistic healthcare and supporting all people achieve their goals.

She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, geriatric patients (elderly), injury prevention, and clinical pilates. She integrates hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise-based rehabilitation to help her patients achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Hayley enjoys horse riding, running, hiking, home-based strength training and Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
