Tanya Rainey

Tanya has recently joined our clinic from Wellington where she has been working in private practice.

After graduating from the CIT in 1994, Tanya worked in a number of private practices and sports clinics before starting her own practice in Wellington. During this time she was also a lecturer at the School of Podiatry where she taught clinical studies, biomechanics and anatomy. Tanya has also worked in Australia where she focused on Paediatrics and Hypermobility conditions.

Tanya specialises in general and diabetic foot care, biomechanics and paediatrics and joins us as one of our senior podiatrists. Tanya will primarily be working out of our Silverdale clinic.

Outside of work, Tanya is a keen cyclist, nature and animal lover and loves to travel.
